Yin Yoga

NEW for 2024!

Yin yoga is a slow form of yoga that works to gently stretch the joints and fascia. It is also deeply relaxing, increasing energy flow throughout the body and calming the mind. Each pose is held for a number of minutes while your body softly “melts”, allowing the joints and fascia to gently release. Props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets are provided to make the poses available even to those with tight muscles or restricted joints.

These classes are being offered in my cosy home studio. Space is limited, so there will be a max of 4 per class. Book early to secure your place.
