I am delighted to announce my new “Free Books for Schools & Libraries” initiative.
Schools & libraries in Ireland and Lithuania can now apply for a free Paperback copy of Guardian of Giria. Teachers and librarians internationally can also apply for a free Kindle copy of the book.
This initiative aims to:
- Provide children with fresh reading material
- Give children a passion for European wildlife
- Help children improve their English, particularly if it is not their first language
- Inspire children to write their own stories
How to apply:
Note on funding:
- This initiative is funded entirely by the author. At present, I am not putting any limit on the number of books that can be distributed. However, should the initiative prove very popular, I may need to revise or withdraw it!
- If you would like to contribute to this initiative, you can donate a book or a monetary amount here.
- Due to limited funding, Paperback copies are only available to schools & libraries in Ireland and Lithuania. (Kindle copies are available to schools & libraries internationally.) If you wish, you can donate a Paperback to a specific school or library internationally here – just be sure to enter the school’s name and address in the “Notes” section at the checkout.
- Figures relating to books distributed are shown below. (Figures relating to Donations are available here.) Please note that these updates are not automated, but I will endeavour to keep the information as up-to-date as possible.
